This is a very special newsletter as I get to "PAY IT FORWARD" to Sulaiman Rahman who supported the launch of DiversePhilly back in 2007. I thank and admire him for his leadership in using social capital to bring about CHANGE.

Sulaiman Rahman wrote "I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to you, our BBEx Network. As the Greater Philadelphia community lead for OneTen, DiverseForce had the honor of hosting the OneTen Career Speed Coaching Fair at the P4 Hub on March 25th, 2023 and we couldn't have done it without you.

The event was truly inspiring, and we were thrilled to see the enthusiasm and passion of the individuals who joined us. Thank you to those of you who promoted the event to your mentees, family members and networks - or even came yourself. We couldn't have reached as many people without your support.

We want to extend a special thanks to our employer partners - Merck, Chubb, Accenture, Dow, and Delta Air Lines - for joining us as Employer Coaches. With their support, we were able to provide social capital and career coaching to early career adults without 4-year degrees, which constitutes almost 80% of Black talent in America - opening up family-sustaining wage opportunities.

Help us build our network of talent:

1. Black job seekers ages 18-30
2. Have not completed a four-year college degree program.
3. Motivated, ambitious, personable, and willing to work hard.
