Yet, I’ve noticed a gap: when it comes to building those professional bridges, some of us hold back.
Here’s what I mean: LinkedIn should be a two-way street. I’ve seen it become a lifeline for many when they’re job hunting or pivoting careers—something I wholeheartedly support. But when it comes to nurturing connections in the day-to-day, building referrals, or supporting those reaching out, responses can be surprisingly quiet.
Why do we sometimes hesitate to support our networks as enthusiastically as we would want in return? When I reach out, it’s not just to fill an inbox but to start a conversation. I want to share why I love my job, the company I represent, and the solutions we create to tackle challenges our customers face every day.
