Issue 67: LinkedIn Live Streaming - Certified Partners

This article for the LinkedIn Profile Showcase will be a work in progress for probably at least the first half of November. It will begin as a list of the preferred and certified partners LinkedIn has for Live Streaming and then will include reviews of services that offer a trial.

Restream

I used this the most, so no trial necessary (but that's how I started with Restream was with a trial).

StreamYard

My very first exposure to this whole category was being a guest on a StreamYard hosted live stream on YouTube if memory serves (it's been that long!)

Vimeo

I have used Vimeo in the past - look forward to checking this out!

Switcher Studio

Seems like the iOS solution of choice from the five preferred partners.

My initial comments were based on Brandlive which will likely be my #TechThursday topic today. Doesn't appear there are trials (but you can schedule a demo and who knows? Maybe they offer trials if it sounds like a fit?)

Looks like easylive might have been purchased (or they are both certified partners) on this list.

Mevo Camera (Logitech)

This will be an interesting one, since I don't have this camera, but I have a fair amount of Logi hardware and software (and signed up for a program that MAY include hardware demos - we will see!)

Switchboard Live

They have a trial as well! Move this to the top of the list please!

Looks like another hardware solution - will have to investigate further...

Production and streaming software (whew! not hardware - I'm not looking to purchase until trials are completed)

Looks like software, but I also see hardware on their site.

Since I haven't heard of (much less used) any of these, the sites that offer FREE TRIAL certainly stand out compared to the BUY THIS NOW, REQUEST A DEMO or LOGIN sites!

Ecamm Live (or ECAMM or ecamm)

I see all three on their website! It looks like capitalize a lot of testimonials and that type of marketing content (seems that's where I find ECAMM) but then there logo is all lowercase and when referring to the company in text on their website it's Ecamm.

Try it for free button on the Products page! Move this towards the top of the pile!

Create anywhere distribute everywhere. I like the tag line. I also like the TRY next to the PRICING and above the DEMO button!
