LinkedIn Learning Course Launch!

I started “Say It Skillfully” early in 2019 by posting a 90-second video that showed how a junior person could speak up in a room full of management (encouraged to “just try it” by my friend Bruce Kasanoff )!

Rather than the 10 views I was expecting, there ended up over 36,000, and my movement was born. And it has literally taken over my life! 50 videos later with over 1.5 million LinkedIn views and nearly 200 episodes of my own radio show/podcast on VoiceAmerica , I am fully embracing the opportunity to teach and on a mission to help people to find their voices and speak up authentically so we’re all understood.

It's a “blazing neon light” to me how IMPERATIVE it is for professionals at all levels to communicate effectively and especially so for those with the privilege to lead. LinkedIn Learning hasn’t to date had its own fundamentals course in leadership communications, and I’m honored to have been asked to be the first!

I designed “Leadership Communication in the Flow of Work” to help you lead more effectively and drive change. In the course we cover why and how “communication is the currency of work”, including:
