LinkedIn Launches ‘Elevate’ to Establish New Norms
The world famous social network for professional people recently launched another feature or app to make its appearance and affectivity more appealing for users and those willing to join. LinkedIn recently launched its latest app called Elevate. It is an app for those employees who are yet to join social media and make the most of the benefits that it offers.
Elevate helps users and employers alike to track their employees’ work progress and check their reports on day to day events and notify them about the importance of sharing and creating new projects for circles to see and incorporate.
Elevate allows the employer to make some amount of impact in the work that their employees are doing and helps them to solve doubts and problems that any employee may have about a certain project.
Elevate also allows users to understand the value of a project they have introduced. Whether the project has done the company harm or good and by what margins it has done so is provided by the features available in this app. Then by determining the causes of the profit or loss, the employer can work accordingly and instruct his employees to work accordingly.
Elevate at present is an invite only app and can be accessed on the official website of LinkedIn as a trial period offer. It is available on the regular platforms, iOS, Android and desktops, but as of now is not available to the masses as mentioned above. Elevate will be released to the public later this year and it remains to be seen whether this new feature is a pro or con for LinkedIn.
