LinkedIn - Invitation to Connect

Good or Bad News for expanding your Network on LinkedIn?   

When I was reaching out to Professionals in my Industry and requested to connect to one of them, I received the screen below (see screenshot, name blacked out).
First I thought my ability to invite colleagues was restricted, because, some Professionals on LinkedIn, still respond with IDK (I Don't Know this person), which can result in the LinkedIn system putting restrictions on your account (Paid or Free membership doesn't matter).

After submitting a help-ticket, and receiving swift replies to research and resolve my issue, the good news was that LinkedIn is in the process of changing the way we invite fellow Members on LinkedIn to make it a more user-friendly experience! No more categories to chose from, but please, add at least a few lines to make this invite personal and more likely to be accepted!
