**UPDATE** As soon as published this, I found that my profile has been updated. Scroll down to add the new feature to your profile.

I always felt that the lack of hyperlinks to allow for clickable Call-To-Actions is a missed opportunity for sales.
Keep reading below, because I have some exciting news and I bet you're going to love this.
The new feature is super clickable.
It's a game-changer!!
I first saw the new feature being rolled out in a few profiles. My business is about growing channels and helping professionals build their presence online. So, I'm always looking for ways to optimise how to leverage LinkedIn.
In the last couple of years, LinkedIn has become more than a static resume, it's a dynamic one, where the new eyeballs are the number of profile visits. By creating content you draw the traffic back to your profile. Which is why it's important to optimise and have your LinkedIn profile ready.
Truthfully, I'm a tad jelly because I noticed that I don't have it in my own profile. Actually, I pretty shattered! I really want mine to be clickable. Who doesn't want to click and convert?!
The new feature is called "FEATURED".
It turns your media links into a carousel of links.
That means, we can have one-click wonders.
That means, we can push them to a sales page.
That means, we can push potential leads into consulting bookings.
That means, we can grow our list and audience.
It means so much.
It feels like LinkedIn is slowly moving to optimise the experience for mobile. First, we had "Slideshare", which embed your PDF into your feed (click here to see an example). Now we're turning media links into actionable links.
This is what my profile looks like with 'Featured'
Unfortunately, I'm not the lucky one that has this clickable feature.
Still, this a good reminder to see if you added any hyperlinks or media links into your profile. This is going to be rolled out to the public for sure.

Remember To Update Your Media Links Now
Before you go and update it, think about what are the links you want to push your traffic to?
If you're a consultant or coach, do you want to offer free consultancy? Use Calendly, it's a free booking system.
If you have a podcast series, encourage subscribers by pushing them to your podcast page
If you're a YouTuber, push your link to your YouTube channel
If you have something to sell, push them into your sales page.
UPDATE*** Here Are The Steps To Add Links To Your Profile
Step 1: Go to your profile and click on "Add profile section"
Step 2: Pick what type of link you want. You can pick; Posts, Articles, Links or Media.
This is what it looks like... I suggest to only share 2 or 3 links for optimal experience.
