LinkedIn is great. But not all features.. Like these ridiculous & childish "work anniversary" notifications

Some people confuse LinkedIn with Instagram. Surely you have received one of these ... (i.e. someone you hardly know, with whom you've never conversed, discussed or called, and who sends you these stupid "happy work anniversary" congratulations):

Anyway, there is a way to turn these damn notifications off, or actually to make sure these maniacs don't see that today is your "work anniversary":

1. Click on the “Me” icon

2. Click on “Settings & Privacy”

3. Click on “Visibility”

4. Click on “Share profile updates with your network”

5. The Wahala : toggle it to “Off”... and you'll never be bothered again
