I was never expecting to become one of the luckiest employees chosen in the?"Teaming Up with?BoD" session as a Winner of?LinkAja?Value Award 2022,?Empowerment.

It was an?honor?to work and join some insightful activities with?LinkAja's?Board of?Director in the past 2 memorable weeks. From November 8th - 18th there was an?opportunity to discuss with some partners such as: BNI?Sekuritas, Grab Indonesia,?Railink, BPJS?Ketenagakerjaan?and many more.?


In addition, I also got a chance to have a quick 1 on 1 session with?LinkAja's?CEO. A few?points He mentioned covering:

  1. Current condition and?future plan?for?LinkAja?as Financial Technology company
  2. How to develop and foster more sustainable company
  3. Suggestion for being a professional in work

This whole experience brings tremendous insight about business networking,?negotiate with partner, communication skill in top level management, how to solve?problems & build my?srategic?thinking and leadership skill.

All in all, I would?like to express my sincere gratitude as well to?all of?LinkAja's?BoD?(Pak Yogi as CEO, Pak?Widjay?as COO, Pak Rendi as CMO, Pak Reza as CFSO, Pak Andri?as CTO); HR Team especially Mba?Kikoy?and Mba Shinta; and Mba Merdeka Ayu as?secretary.?Hope this program can?regulary?continue to provide useful?experience?for?employee

Empowerment is one of?LinkAja’s?corporate value that?was successfully?realized in?such successfully implemented in a sweet gesture in form of “Teaming Up With BOD”?program. I felt?really lucky?to be chosen as one of the winners.

For 2 whole weeks I had the chance to attend, work closely, and follow BOD’s?activities in a hybrid method (both online & offline). It provides me better perspective?regarding business updates from a higher perspective and how decision and strategy?is executed for larger purpose.

I’ve?been invited to Jakarta and join the program in offline fashion. The invitation is?including quarterly meeting with shareholder (Grab Indonesia); meeting at BPJS TK;?and also?1 to 1 session with CEO (Pak Yogi?Rizkian?Bahar). As a fan of his leadership?type, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from the best.?

My main takeaway from this program is?We?have to?be more aware and create?common awareness regarding current business situation?and act accordingly for the?company sustainability. He also mentioned about?the importance of being proactive,?transparency, and promoting speak up culture.?It is?certainly big moment form me as?personal?and also?professional.

Thank you PT?Fintek?Karya?Nusantara, especially BOD’s, HC, Ecosystem Expansion?Group?and also?Jatimbalnus?region for this opportunity. I felt?honoured?to be part of?this program.
