Lines Of Stress
In your body, tissues remodel along the lines of stress. That means: Muscles only grow when they're worked. Bones only heal when they've been damaged. Scars only form over a wound.
Strength doesn't automatically come where something is weak but where something that is weak has been challenged.
How's that relevant to you? Those things that you're struggling with, that are challenging bc they're in your weak spot... that's where you have the greatest potential for growth.
