Linearity. Really you think it is?

Let me start with a question. If a 10 inch TV (Television) costs $10, what would be cost of 20 inch TV (Television), disregarding anything else. Without reading further, please write your answer in the comment section. The first amount that comes to your mind. You can cheat but remember we are talking about linearity.

Now that you have scrolled thus far, I guess you deserve to know if your answer is right or wrong. Well it does not matter. What matters is that our perspective towards many things in linear, a straight line graph. But the reality is not like that. There are so many aspects to everything but our brain fools us to think of a single aspect and also fools us to think that we are correct. So next time you think about something try again to see things that you might have missed.
