We are pleased to announce that Lincoln Group has launched a new market in Milwaukee, WI which will be spearheaded by Kristine Looker, our new Executive Search Manager.
Kristine brings with her more than 20 years of expertise and resources to serve our client’s executive search and interim staffing requirements. She will support the growing needs of job seekers in the North, Central, and Southern Wisconsin.

Kris’s diverse experience recruiting in all verticals and disciplines along with managing a team of recruiters is what transforms her day to day into successful placements for both candidates and clients.
Her recruiting career began in 2001 at TEKsystems with no previous recruiting experience.?She took that opportunity from a beginner to a multi-time, award-winning, top performer. The recruiting focus during her tenure with TEKsystems and Aerotek was mostly IT and Engineering related positions, which she loved and excelled at.
In 2012, Kristine was promoted to a leadership position, when she joined ABR Employment Services as the Branch Manager for both the Appleton and Oshkosh, WI branch locations.?Under Kristine’s leadership, as the Selling Branch Manager, she grew both locations to an all-time high in revenue.?
As a result of Kristine’s accomplishments, she was entrusted to launch the ABR Professional Search division, as well as support their sister company, The Kinsa Group, which specializes in executive food and beverage recruitment across the U.S.
Her overall success in each of these roles brought to her current role as an Executive Search Manager with Lincoln Group.?
Kristine is?a 7th generation native to the small town of Fremont, Wisconsin where she is a single mom of a very active 16-year-old daughter.?They both enjoy being on our boat in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter and usually bring their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Charli, with them too.?
