Limiting Stories/ Events- Stopping us from our Fulfilling Our Goals?

In the coaching sessions with Robin Sharma a year back, Tony Robbins recently & Wayne Dyers book ?on change, some coaching/ mentoring sessions had in the past year one “low hanging apple" (concept) is that the stories or beliefs which we have accumulated in the past limit us. We can replace them to become - unstoppable, effective, happy and contented.
In this article, I am sharing the concept as I understood for your consideration.
It is said that to be effective in our personal or professional space our “state of mind” whether high energy or low energy would determine the action. When we are with high energy we are more confident and can accomplish more. [recall instances in your life]
In this world with the recent pandemic impact, our parents concern for our safety in childhood, the environment most times is “negative”, “conservative” due to past or recent incidents of more failures and isolation.
These circumstances have made many if not all of us to become more alone, self-critical, less effective leading to accentuation of our feeling of guilt, “not enough”, inadequate, alone, unloved…At times we think “I cant” which can become a habit to remain in the comfort zone where results are not upto our potential. ?
Consider that these could be limiting emotions or stories we made up in our childhood, in testing times like the pandemic or adverse events/ toxic relationship as perceived in the past. You would agree they are the energy sappers.
There is an old proverb- everything that happens is good. This may not be true at the time of the event, but at a later point of time looks ok. Consider that these are delusions which later in life we would understand and have regrets on not living our full life.
Consider that they (events, people, conversations) are (3Ps):
a.????No Problem is permanent- It will pass, may strengthen us, ups and downs are given in everyone’s life.
b.????No adversity is all pervasive – it only applies to that moment, person or event. It is not that everything has gone wrong. ?

c.????Personal ?– All of us are unique and great – doubts on not being good enough are common. It only our perception that we are so and so which makes us suffer.
Therefore, can we consider that the limiting emotions/ events are replaceable, destroyable and crushable if we want to.
Possible ways:
1.???We can become aware of the emotion- or limiting story/ belief in the 1st stage. See what impact it has in our life. ?
2.???We can decide whether life is happening for me or to me. If it is for then every adverse event (including failure) is an opportunity to grow and flourish.
3.???Classify the event into controllable and uncontrollable.
4.???Accept the uncontrollable. Is there any use of brooding over something I cannot change?
5.???Alternatives (empowering ones) for that which we can make a difference can be examined.
6.???Sustained Action on the alternative chosen.
Work on your limiting belief/ emotion by replacing that with the Acceptance or Empowered Alternative replacing the limiting belief.
Further “I can” for “I can’t” can be tried out. Do this for the profound difference it can make in your life. Whatever I have stated is a truth which is embodied in many of the ancient scriptures now packaged better by motivators/ authors of today. All the best.
