Limiting Beliefs

If you’ve been following my running journey this year, you’ll know this means a lot to me. A year ago, I would NOT have referred to myself as a runner... and yet, here I am, at age 41, featured on my hands down favorite running podcast by the incredibly inspiring Ali on the Run with Alison Feller , with the title of “marathoner and ultramarathoner".

The first time I listened to this, I was literally walking down the streets crying tears of happiness. Thank goodness I live in NYC where people do not give a sh*!% if you cry in the street ??

So, as we begin to wind down 2023 and reflect, I wanted to pop in here to remind you how much your life can change in a year when you surround yourself with empowering people and change your limiting beliefs about being “too old” to strive for greatness.

You aren't too old. You aren't too late.

You're exactly where you need to be, and you just need to put one foot in front of the other to get where you need to go next.

Running metaphors aside, I stand by that there's no magical preset timeline for what you need to do and when you should do it.
