Limit these two fats to control inflammation

Limit these two fats to control inflammation

Chronic inflammation is an underlying disorder that creates a perfect environment for the development and progression of diabetes and other chronic illnesses such as cancer, high blood pressure, arthritis, and heart disease.

Limiting these two fats is such a wise move as they are known to increase inflammation substantially.

Margarine

You must watch your intake of margarine as much as possible in order to control inflammation and improve the body’s ability to fight off diabetes.?

Margarine is not a natural fat because it's produced by chemically altering oil through partial hydrogenation.?During this process, harmful compounds known as trans-fatty acids are produced in large amounts.?Trans-fatty acids increase chronic inflammation and are also the most dangerous fats to the human body.?

With increased chronic inflammation, it’s very difficult for the body to prevent and manage diabetes in a healthy way.?Foods that contain margarine include cakes, muffins, crackers, and some varieties of microwavable popcorn.

Vegetable cooking oil

Vegetable cooking oil is a highly processed ingredient that is unnaturally high in omega-6 fats.?As a result of this imbalance in nutritional composition, vegetable cooking oil tends to increase chronic inflammation which negatively impacts insulin response.?

The damage caused by these two oils comes from eating them regularly and not occasionally in small amounts.?Another problem is that people who like to consume margarine and vegetable oil also tend to eat many other unhealthy foods such as soft drinks and white flour products, further increasing inflammation and elevating the risk of diabetes and disease in general.?

You can start improving your health today by simply minimizing the amounts of margarine and vegetable oil in your diet.?
