Lime has introduced two new vehicles: the LimeGlider and LimeBike. The LimeGlider is a pedal-free, seated vehicle designed for an easy ride, while the LimeBike is an updated e-bike aimed at appealing to a broader range of riders. These innovations are part of Lime's ongoing effort to expand the accessibility and use of its affordable, emissions-free vehicles. Lime is currently testing the LimeBike in Atlanta and plans to launch the LimeGlider in Seattle by mid-August, with both vehicles set for a pilot in Zurich later this summer.
DoorDash has partnered with Warner Bros Discovery's streaming service, Max, to offer it at no additional cost to U.S. subscribers of its membership program, DashPass. This move aligns DoorDash with other companies integrating streaming services into their platforms to provide added value amid ongoing inflation. Max, which features popular shows like "House of the Dragon" and "The Sopranos," is the first streaming service to join DashPass. Previously, Instacart partnered with NBCUniversal's Peacock to offer a similar service, and Amazon enabled U.S. customers to order from Grubhub directly through its app and website.
