We have opened our first location in the southern Italian region of Puglia! Our new limehome in Lecce combines historical charm with modern design: it is located in Palazzo BN, a former bank, and offers our guests an unrivaled blend of first-class comfort and Italian flair. The property has a fitness centre, parking facilities and a breathtaking roof garden with panoramic views of the city.?We have opened our first location in the southern Italian region of Puglia! The history of the building is also reflected in its location in the historic city centre. The famous Piazza Sant'Oronzo with the impressive remains of the amphitheatre is located directly behind the building.?

With the signing of our first Veronese limehome, we added a remarkable property to our portfolio: It is called "La Vigna in Città"?due to its courtyard with a centuries-old grapevine. This tranquil property will be awaiting our guests with parking lots and abundant greenery!?

All roads lead to: Rome! - Our second location in the capital!

We extend our presence in Rome with a second property, located in the vibrant yet residential district of Pigneto! The expanding area is known for its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and businesses. The new serviced apartments will have private interior gardens and large balconies, which guests will be able to use to relax as early as this year!

With the new signings, we now have seven locations in Italy (Milan and Rome are already in operation, Salerno and the Amalfi Coast will follow from 2025). Join us as we explore new horizons and continue to grow our limehome portfolio!
