Like the view?
->-> You'll love what you get there
If you fancy joining me on the 13th and 14th of July this year, the view is just the start of a unique and unrepeatable experience.
But I'm afraid your opportunity to enjoy it - and all that comes with it - will be strictly limited.
Because the view is your introduction to my "Final Fling", the last full-scale event I shall ever host.
And since it is the last, I thought I'd try to make it a bit special - unique even.
But the venue, no matter how breath-taking, is infinitely less important than the experience you have in store.
Because I am putting together an extraordinary roster of thinkers to inspire you, to challenge your thinking, to open your mind to new possibilities.
People of the highest possible calibre in and beyond the world of marketing.
People whose points of view, skills and personalities shine out from the ordinary mass.
People who will tell you far, far more than the usual list of ways to make lots more money next year.
Who will make you think more widely about what you are able to achieve. And quite possibly transform your business.
Some are my former colleagues; some people I admire.
But all are from the top tier.
They are the kind of people who change lives and even industries.
That's quite a claim. But take?Ken McCarthy...
Ken sat down one day - and I cannot resist boasting - read one of my books in the New York Public Library.
As a result he founded The System which has influenced, taught and inspired more successful marketers than I care to contemplate.

He transferred to them the one thing we all need to succeed.?Relevant knowledge.
Rory Sutherland ?started out with me at Ogilvy, where he is now Vice-Chairman.
His WikiMan column in The Spectator, the world's oldest magazine - makes readers look at things in a different way - which you must do to beat your competition.
When I say "different" here's the opening to a recent column:
Recently Chinese 11-year-olds faced the following question in a maths exam. ‘If a ship has 26 sheep and ten goats on board, how old is the ship’s captain?’
I guarantee Rory will make you think!
And then there is? Steve Harrison ?- one of Rory's former colleagues at Ogilvy, where he also became creative director.
We went to the same university. He got a PhD. I walked out. Enough said.
He?was European Creative Director (OgilvyOne) and Global Creative Director (Wunderman) either side of starting his own agency, HTW.?
At HTW, he won more Cannes Lions in his discipline than any creative director in the world. When he left agency life,?Campaign?magazine called him "the greatest direct marketing creative of his generation".?
But what makes him special is his passion - I would say fury and scorn - for politically correct fashion. His determination to remind you why you are here:?to sell. It shines out and will fascinate, inspire and transfix you.
This event at The Leonardo hotel in St Pauls featuring these and other speakers like Bryony Thomas , Malcolm Auld and Trevor 'ToeCracker' Crook ?really will be the last I ever run.

1 年I love you Drayton, but I'm pretty sure I attended your "final" event about 8 years ago! ?? Was a great learning experience nevertheless. Thank you.
