Like in Tarantino's movie... PART 2

MISSION TRUTH & JUSTICE:
This article is an easier to read continuation of Tarantino PART 1:
Ok. I have this brilliant idea.
I've been very much inspired by "The Adjustment Bureau" with Matt Damon where people can live their lives only in accordance to the Big Creator plan, "Divergent" series ("Divergent", "Insurgent" and "Allegiant") where people are put into class boxes and ultimately - famous "Matrix" with one, big simulation made on people by the ones who consider themselves gods or masters.
LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED:
"OUR INTENTIONS ARE PURE! WE WILL REDUCE THE CRIME!..."
Let's monitor people - let's install the system that will see everything that everyone's sees, hear what everyone's hears & speaks.
Then let's say that it is to "reduce the crime" by knowing ahead of the game what person says to other - so what are his or her intentions.
[BACKSTAGE] "LET'S NOT TELL THEM THAT PART THOUGH!..."
...At the same time (or as they say "between the lines") - let's build the people by controlling information coming to that person: by means of email with the subject & content inside, links immediately visible on the favorite portals (what is the percentage of time you spend searching for specific information on bbc or facebook?), even - let's have our own "agents" who will be building our targets, who will hear the info by installed microphone in their ear and speak it loud to build our targets on specific audio content.
"CHEERS! HERE IS TO THE CRAZY ONES!"
Then the best part - let's say that a person who says that he or she is manipulated by that information - is simply "crazy", "mentally ill", or has "holes" as sees the reality in the way that specifically refers to him / her.
Our Official Anthem will be a bit modified Queen - We will Rock You:
"We will. We will... Break You! <tam tam tam>
We will. We will... Break You! <tam tam tam>"
"AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART!"
If people make ALL decisions based on:
- The ways they learnt to process the information (which we can build).
- And information that come to them (which we provide anyway).
Then it means that we can build EVERYONE!
"WE DIRECT THIS MOVIE..."
Let's build some people to be angry because angry is what we want. Doing without thinking is what we want! Perfect "Director" who will do what we want based on the fact that we pissed him off by supplying information "around him"! Perfect "doer" who will literally force others to do what we want him to do based on indirect information!
If we have a prospect that has certain ways of making a decision that are good for Big Business (usually directive and without much thinking, simply "make the god damn decision") - then lets build also his personal life around it!
Here we go - who controls the information is an Emperor because information is a King!
Someone who will focus on the job / tasks rather than people. Who will put job first, people second.
Someone who will see "danger" and "risks" because of living in "his own reality" (that we build).
"WHOHOO! LET'S MAKE MONEY, MONEY & EVEN MORE MONEY!"
Next step - let's connect the recruitment industry to it.
What is recruitment if not getting people of certain personality to certain jobs.
So if we want someone who will do without much thinking - let's employ this "strategy".
Let's say that whoever who is built - if he / she ever get pissed during any of the things we "direct" (or "regisseur / screenplay") - doesn't have people skills and it is simply "a bot": a feeling-less machine who just does the thing because of interpreting information (that we provide) in the certain way.
"WE OWN YOUR SOUL!"
"A funny idea" - let's make make a soul-trade here. The cost of recruitment is often an equivalent of 6-12 month salary of an employee so let's make it as simple as:
1. Recruitment agencies to have a "very special building-people department".
2. Businesses where a given employee (vel "traded soul") works - to cooperate in building that employee.
Then when the employee wants to go to the next job - the fee that next business pays will be shared between recruitment agency and the business that helped to build a given person.
"REDUCING THE COSTS FOR BIG JEFES..."
And here we have the part that can lower labour costs in the company, right? This can't be done because someone is simply unskilled because business has responsibility for the training of its people. But behaviour... behaviour is a completely different story! If you are ekhm... "not nice to others" - it is not our, employer problem but problem with you & IT IS YOU WHO NEED TO CHANGE (no word that we built you that way)... so here we have the way for a disciplinary, salary down & ultimately - money for our clients in their pockets.
Now we will be able to decide who should be earning what. Not because of what he or she did, does or will do, not because of experience, not because of education but because of the behaviour we built in.
Even better - when such person changes the job - we will be able to further reduce the salary of such person.
"I'M A ZOMBIE, WHAT ABOUT YOU?"
On top of it - let's reward the "zombies" - people who are active only at work and practically dormant in personal life.
They are the perfect contributors to our system, right? Doing what we want them to do and then not interested in anything else, which means "no rebellions", no changing "jefes", more specialisation.
"CAN WE MAKE IT NATIONAL?"
Now let's go a level higher. Let's say that something like that is implemented & controlled at a national level. That this sort of strategy is prepared & implemented at a level of each country.
Then completely new set of solutions is possible. We can control the social status (amount of money) that is received by a given society group working in a country by controlling behaviours of the people in this group because let's remember: one person going higher than the rest of "its crowd" might mean that the rest of the people in this group will want to go higher.
"OOPS! THERE IS AN OPPOSITION!"
Who does not want to be with us - will be ostracised. Will be built to be the worst scam of the scams. Won't be able to get a job. Nor a funding.
And it is not because he does not aspire to be the best person he or she can be but because we control the information that EVERYONE receives - therefore we control the thinking, behaviour and ultimately - amount of wealth for each society group and even - individuals! Brilliant!
And if someone publicly says that he suspects something like that taking place - wait a minute - that is even better for us. Then we can officially say "He has got mental problems because look at this thing here...".
You are either with us or you'll be noone!
"RAISE OF THE MACHINES: AI & AUTOMATION. WHICH PART OF THE TERMINATOR IS IT NOW?"
Then overtime - we will be able to automate it. Instead of doing it manually on a person by person basis by seeing the behaviour and adjusting our inputs to build him or her by our individual agents - we will be able to build algorithms to automatically detect all of it and just get high level report when "hoooman build intervention is required".
"WHY ARE YOU DOING IT? POPULATION CONTROL!"
What does it mean on the next level - we will be able to control the society on much higher level & wider scale - punishing everyone who not only consciously criticise our total control but even when on subconscious level - does not do what we want & build him to do!
"GOD FROM THE MACHINE!"
The new class will emerge - us - Gods or Masters. People will have to be thankful for us letting them live their lives!
They will need to express gratitude to us for letting them live their lives!
For letting them earn any money!
We will control their behaviours!
We will control their thinking!
We will always have money!
We will make them work for us - forever!
Those who support us will get just a bit more than those who they help us build but this difference shall (& will!) make them happy!
...because if they are not modest & grateful - they will pay a high price for it.
OUR system - OUR world - OUR RULES!
"USUAL STORY - MONEY IS EVERYTHING"
...and that's why everything in life is just and only about the MONEY. The only truth out there. The only happiness. The only freedom to do everything *WE* want.
MONEY is the only JUSTICE.
MONEY is everything.
"LET'S MAKE BLACK INTO WHITE AGAIN!"
How lucky are we that it is just a vision of what could it be if someone would be evil enough to come with something like it!
Right???....
That's why the best way to ensure that you are always right & righteous (while being courteous) in face of adverse circumstances (which can be directed to them) is to ask those questions in EVERY situation:
1. What options do we have?
2. What is the impact on timing of whatever needs to happen?
3. What is the cost of those options?
4. And the most important one - what is the impact on other people?
We all do what we do to serve others (for which we are paid). Agreed?
No decision should be ever taken as a reaction to something, based purely on feeling of anger or anything else you have at this very moment as you will pay for it later.
You will then pay for simply - being played! (And remember - as a mean of a simple example - it is always better to be human and tell your boss "I organised it all but the supplier let me down at the last minute" than shout at this supplier to "make him come because we said we will & I will never do business with you again" as then you will have both: that supplier & your boss against you).
"...AND IF IT DID"
There is nothing more valuable than JUSTICE.
MONEY is JUSTICE.
PS Next part will come for sure. I enjoy theorising on "evil systems" to ensure that nothing like that could ever happen, right? Because how could it, right?
It is almost like Tarantino coming with a screenplay for his next movie... complete absurd & grotesque but very, very interesting and wishing for more.
