Like how Akbar said "A Pawn can become a Queen"

Random thoughts during moments of quiet introspection.

When I am in church, I find myself getting some interesting & random thoughts, for instance:

Many of us play chess, even if we know all the basic facts about the game. Let's recap what we do know.

·??????The word "chess" comes from the Persian word "chatrang", which means "army".

·??????The chess board is made up of 64 squares, arranged in an 8x8 grid. The squares are alternately colored white and black.

·??????The pieces in chess are divided into two sets, called white and black. Each set consists of 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two bishops, two knights, and eight pawns.

·??????The goal of chess is to checkmate the opponent's king. This means putting the king in a position where it is in immediate danger of being captured.

My intention is not to teach chess lessons here, but to draw readers' attention to a thought-provoking point about how the weakest piece in chess, which has the least significance, can make a difference in the whole game.

Yes, you are correct. I am referring to “the Pawn”, which is the most numerous piece in chess, making up half of all the pieces on the board. They are also the weakest pieces, with only one point of value. However, my point is that even though they are the weakest pieces, they can be incredibly powerful when played correctly.

The world is full of opportunities, but it takes hard work and consistency to achieve your goals along with right guidance. You will face competition from school, college, and the workplace, but it is important to stay focused and never give up and mostly importantly You will need a chessmaster at different stages of your life who knows your strength at the same time and who knows how to play you at the right time.

Our workplaces can transform us in many ways. We learn new skills, adopt new ways of thinking, and develop new relationships. We wear variety of hats at our workplace, have we ever thought that when we started our professional journey we Sometimes are pawns, making small moves that help our team advance. Other times we are Rooks, clearing the way for our teammates. And sometimes we are Queens, making powerful moves that can change the course of the game. Many of us are very determined and they try harder till they make it or break it. ?

Majority of us start our lives as mere “Pawns” and we all need that one chess master who knows our strength and weakness and who can promote us to the right position. Sometimes some positions and moves will be risky and you might think that you are going to get cut but your chess master has a backup for you which will save you from anything and everything. Opponent won’t dare to cut you because your chess master has an eye on something bigger.

Not only that do you know how important it is to be a pawn till you transform to a Queen, who is the most powerful in entire Chessboard. So, if you're a pawn, don't worry, stay humble & hungry you are not being overlooked. Your chess master knows your value, and they will help you to reach your full potential and be a Queen one day. Just focus on playing your role very well, and you'll be sure to make a difference.

And, remember - Don't be worried of your colleagues who have already been promoted to a horse or rook. They are indeed powerful and good at what they are but they have limited moves. There is still a chance for you to become the Queen and control the entire board. Trust your chess master and be patient.
