Lightworker's way into LEAN problem solving.

A paradox most likely this will sound!.?

Synchronicities tend to show up more when experiencing a soul awareness state. Therefore, it's important to be open for receiving those messages that are strategically aligned to deliver information. Furthermore, asking small questions create a mental space that welcomes unabashed playfulness. Merging such practices help in receiving clearer messages as well as hone in one's intuition.

Keeping it real,?brain loves questions and won't reject them unless the question is so big, accordingly, fear definitely will get triggered.

Here we've got the “5 Whys” technique which is often used during Gemba walks, really handy when mapping the value stream, and an activity that constitutes a waste is being observed.

As such, in each abnormality 5 Whys will ultimately help reaching the root causes whenever being marshaled by an awakened intuition.

Well then, gather a team and develop the problem statement in agreement. After this is done, decide whether or not additional individuals are needed to resolve the problem.

  • Ask the first “Why”, why is this problem happening ?

Most probably there will be multiple sensible conclusions. Post them all on a whiteboard.

  • Ask four further “Whys” in succession, repeating the same process for every conclusion on the whiteboard, consequently, synchronicities will naturally follow.

Record each answer beneath its parent and follow up on all plausible answers.

  • Among the dozen of answers to the last asked “Why”, use your intuition to address the root causes through investigating the cold facts behind the problem.

Discuss these to confirm the analysis logic and settle on the most likely abnormality cause.

  • Develop appropriate corrective actions to remove the root cause from the system.
  • Keep a close eye on how effectively your counter measures eliminate or minimize the initial problem.
