Lightweight Approval Workflows Are a Snap in Construction Viz

We include a lightweight workflow in Construction Viz, where you can select a person and a due date for them to review a form such as an RFI or Submittal. The responder then receives a system-generated notification and an email to take action. This out-of-the-box feature is great for ad hoc workflows.

With our latest update, we took the ad hoc workflow feature to the next level by allowing you to assign multiple responders and due dates simultaneously and email the entire group of responders.
