We are in an evolutionary expansion phase. So much that outdated visions and entrepreneurial methods will create conformity, preventing the higher consciousness. To thrive in these times, you must be ready for the alignment necessary for your new emergence (new light) and take a stand, lighting up the shore and leading in a new way.

How does one turn on the - LightHouse Leader-Preneur Factor?

• You'll need to strengthen the connection and relationship with yourself to evolve into a kind, empathetic, empowered, higher vibrational leader these times call for. Self-love comes from self-honor. When we feel self-love in its purest form, we radiate this in everything we do and all we touch, creating a ripple effect for years to come.
• Claim your New Voice! You already possess this New Voice as it lies in taking a stand with your core leadership values. When in alignment, your values are vibrationally walking their talk and inspiring those you lead while showing up in everything you do. 
• Calibrate your VIBRATION as it will reveal your truth before you do! What you "say" you want to attract in your career/business won't show up until your leadership matches its frequency. If by chance it does, you won't recognize it and reject it! 
• Allow the New Light to come through you! New light needs a new vessel to flow through, which is -- personal transformation. More than all the business strategies my clients learn, once this "embodiment" of their new light occurs, the strategy, processes, systems of leadership and entrepreneurship take on new meaning, and the outcomes become more incredible than ever thought possible. 

There are many more dimensions to "draw out" and align to so you can become the beacon of light that those needing your New Leadership are craving. The first thing you have to do is to empower and "illuminate" yourself. When you do, you will magnetically attract the right people to your lighthouse (your new voice) to move your vision and work forward.
