Today is the first Sunday of May i.e., “World Laughter Day”.? ?? This day was founded by Dr. Madan Kataria, a family physician from Mumbai, India, in 1998. He founded the Laughter Yoga movement, which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing techniques, with the goal of promoting world peace through laughter and spreading awareness of the health benefits of laughter.
World Laughter Day is celebrated in over 70 countries and serves to promote laughter as a universal language and a powerful tool for connecting people of all cultures. It reminds us of the health benefits of laughter and the importance of incorporating it into our daily lives. ??
