No light, gen is faulty, laptop's battery is down. So can't work. What a holiday for me. Hungry, so I decided to go to the market to go buy some veges and make myself lunch. It's been a while I've been longing for Semovita and Egusi Vegetable. Market was a bit empty. It's Sunday. Got the veges. Came back home to make myself some sweet meal. Diced everything (meat, pomo, pepper, fish, panla #stockfish etc), stirred everything together, poured them into hot palm oil to fry a little. Added egusi, salt and seasoning. Hey before TeachersAroundMe, wanted to launch a foodtech business.
Poured the ugwu vegetable inside and allowed it to cook. Hmm! I could perceive the aroma so I opt in to pour the semo flour inside the pot, ready to mix. My veges is done. Added some vegetable oil to my semo for flavor and so it won't stick on the pot. My semo too is ready and ready to eat. I think I'll call my sister to come over and eat. Just that she doesn't eat vegetables and doesn't eat semo. Well let's see if she will take eba (garri) Now I have food served. #LifeofABachelor. Thank God there's no light 2wrk. If there was means to work, I just wouldn't have made this. And work myself up till 3am. Thank you mama for making me a cook as far back as age 10. Now I can take care of myself when my sis is in her house.
