Light up your world

For countless generations, hope, goodness, security, prosperity, and more have been intrinsically linked with LIGHT in one way or another. This could be the end of a dark period, symbolized by the arrival of the first rays of sunlight, or the concept of the light at the end of the tunnel.
Light also represents knowledge, illuminating the shadows of ignorance and everything that comes with it.
"It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light." ~Aristotle
However, discovering or creating the light for ourselves can be evident at times and exceptionally challenging at others. There may be instances when everything around you is shrouded in darkness, and no situation seems to have a positive outcome. Yet, you close your eyes, hoping that a light will shine upon reopening them and all your problems will vanish.
Once, a weary traveler found himself lost in a dense forest as darkness fell. Fearful and disoriented, he desperately searched for a path that would lead him to safety. As the night grew darker, the traveler stumbled upon a small, glowing ember from a long-extinguished campfire.
With the faintest glimmer of light, the traveler carefully reignited the ember into a roaring flame. Using a makeshift torch, he followed its bright light as it illuminated his surroundings. The once-dreadful forest transformed into a familiar landscape, guiding the traveler safely home. This experience taught him that even in the darkest moments, a tiny spark within can light the way and change one's perspective.
This week's tip is about finding and using light to illuminate your world. You may be spiritual, religious, or neither. You might enjoy reading books, listening to talks, watching inspiring movies, or having simple conversations with friends.
No matter where you come from or your preferred method, always remember this: our ancestors used various techniques to create fire, but it all began with just a SPARK! A spark that needed something to ignite at that precise moment, and fire would be there.
Being near the SPARK without being prepared to "be ignited" will only result in wasting a valuable opportunity.
So, remember that embracing the light means being OPEN to it when the chance arises. Once you have it, you can light up your entire world and share it with others.
Have a fantastic week,
