The Light Doctor w/ Dr. Martin Moore-Ede [Ep. 50]
Hey Critical Thinkers!
Tomorrow is the big day—I'll be at my first-ever tradeshow in Florence, South Carolina! Not only will I be meeting people there in person to promote Avantia Health Optimization LLC , but I'll also be giving a speech on the role of influence in our environment and how it's often neglected in health discussions, which is a big mistake. How can you have control over your health decisions if you're not paying attention to the constant nudges in your environment from advertisements, propaganda, and social pressure? I’ll be discussing how to protect yourself and, even better, how you can leverage these influence strategies to nudge yourself towards better health. Hope to see some of you there!
??? New Episode: The Light Doctor w/ Dr. Martin Moore-Ede [Ep. 50]
I’m excited to bring you an extremely important episode for anyone who cares about their health and thinks diet and exercise are all they need. Today, we’re diving into a topic that’s often overlooked but is absolutely crucial—light and its impact on health. In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Martin Moore-Ede , a world-renowned expert in circadian rhythms.
Dr. Moore-Ede is a former Harvard Medical School professor who led the team that discovered the human circadian clock in the brain. He has over 40 years of experience in the field and has pioneered research on how light exposure—especially artificial light—can contribute to serious health issues like diabetes, cancer, and sleep disorders. We cover the fundamentals of circadian health and discuss why managing light exposure is the missing piece in your health strategy. If you’re struggling to lose weight or reduce illness despite eating right and exercising, this episode is a must-listen.
??? Next Episode: Dr. Peter McCullough
Our next episode is set to be a powerful one, featuring Dr. Peter McCullough, MD, MPH , a top cardiologist, internist, and epidemiologist with degrees from Baylor University, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Dr. McCullough is one of the most published medical researchers in the U.S. and has been a prominent voice advocating for early treatment strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this episode, Dr. McCullough and I delve deep into the pandemic, the newly emerging illnesses like bird flu and monkeypox, and the consequences of the "injectable products" that were pushed on the public. We also tackle audience questions and end with a personal question that brings some of the most compelling insights of the episode. This conversation is one of the most valuable I’ve ever hosted, and I’m truly honored to have Dr. McCullough on the show again. Be sure to tune in when it goes live on Monday at 6 PM EST.
