Light and Darkness

Today's devotional is from What Would Jesus Ask You Today?

"Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" - 2 Corinthians 6:14.

This question was asked to make the point that believers must be careful when dealing with unbelievers. They had better have the same values or else it is going to be painful and unproductive, and even then, the relationships, whether personal or business, can end badly.

Do you have any relationships in which you are not pulling in the same direction as the unbelievers involved? Are you willing to break this off to maintain your sanctity, sanity, and holiness? Do you think this indicates you should never have anything to do with an unbeliever in business or friendship? Read Paul's clarification on this in 1 Corinthians 5:9-11 and then do what you have to do to carry out his instructions.
