For me, curry is more than a dish—it is a universal language that connects cultures and hearts across the globe.

This milestone reflects a 26-year journey of learning, challenges, and celebrations. It is a tribute to my incredible team, mentors, family, and the culinary fraternity that balances tradition with innovation.

As I stand here in the curry capital of the world, I am reminded of how British Asian curry has transcended boundaries to become a global phenomenon.

This recognition is also a moment of pride for Nepal, my birthplace, whose rich culinary heritage I carry with me on this mission to share its flavors with the world.

To everyone who believed in me and supported this journey, thank you. Let’s continue to cook with love, innovate with passion, and unite the world, one flavorful plate at a time.
