Lifestyle Nutrition - Pt. 1

Health is a huge aspect of our lives with a lot of information out there, experiences tried and frustrations along the way. Our health either is a priority when we want it to be, or when it has to be. Staying proactive with lifestyle habits can improve every area of our life because we feel better when our body feels better; to show up for those other areas of our life at 100%. I wanted to start this series with a couple of foundational habits that can make a strong impact with our weight gain or weight loss. Calories, Protein, Water and Movement - the Big 4! How many calories we consume in a day through food or beverage determines what direction the scale move; Protein intake each day determines what we look like when the scale moves; Water intake each day to hydrate our body, improve joint health, help regulate body functions and more; Movement to help burn calories, improve cardiovascular health and get our body improving its performance each day.
