Life's a little Ice & Quiet

I've been a little quiet here on LinkedIn lately, but now I'm able to express a little bit of a set career path that I would love to take and do and grow what I've learned in the last couple of years.

My dream was to be a paramedic, Unfortunately having a permanent disability can risk some challenges and I have learned to accept that 100%. Being Deaf has been an obstacle where I've asked myself a question "What am I meant to do?" 

The answer to that is if I can make a difference in one person's life then I've done what I needed to do. If I could more I'd love to work on a film set as an actor, work in an ambassador role as someone who is deaf, motivational speak, maybe do standup and talk about the funny side of being deaf. 

Right now I'm working for a great company in which I've learned to love and grow with. There's something missing and I will challenge myself this year to learn more about. I would love if you were all apart of this journey with me. I have so many dreams of which I've thought they were all impossible but it starts small and works its way up.

I can never be an NHL hockey player, but I can do something to make a difference in the game and sometimes in life it can be a little ice and quiet and with a little bit of action, can make the world heard.
