The content strategy is not just to remind customers that they need to renew their contract but also to remind them why they want to do so. The copy also includes information on some of the exciting new features that the company may plan to release this summer, tips on seeing even more value from products, and a small gift or special offer to show customers that the company appreciates their business. Most importantly, the copy allows customers to select times for sales calls.?
