Intan Nazira Mohd Nadzri journey at delaware is a story of growth, learning, and making a meaningful impact in the SAP world. She joined delaware in July 2022 through the Analyst Development Program (ADP) as an Analyst, and in January 2024, her hard work and dedication led to her being advanced to the position of Functional PPQM Junior Consultant. With her background in Biotechnology from the University of Edinburgh, Intan brings a unique perspective to her work, blending analytical skills with creativity and a strong passion for problem-solving.

Before delaware, Intan began her career at Duo Pharma Sdn Bhd, working as a Protégé in the Production department. This experience gave her valuable insights into the corporate world and helped her build a strong foundation in project management. Since joining delaware, she has played an important role in various SAP project implementations that have contributed significantly to the company’s success. Beyond her core functional responsibilities, she has also expanded her expertise by contributing to SAP Enable Now and SAP Signavio initiatives, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.

Born and raised in Selangor as the eldest of five siblings, Intan comes from a large family of seven. At 27, she balances her professional responsibilities with a range of personal interests that keep her grounded and energized. Whether she’s enjoying a staycation, gaming, creating videos, watching movies, or playing badminton, Intan ensures she makes time for the things she loves outside of work. Intan identifies herself as an INFJ - Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging. While she tends to be introverted, she can be quite extroverted around people she feels comfortable with. Observant and occasionally shy, she exudes confidence in familiar settings.

Reflecting on her time at delaware, Intan highlights many memorable moments. One of her favourites is the ADP boot camp, where she formed lasting bonds with her team and enjoyed the camaraderie of after-work hangouts. Her first team-building event at delaware and the on-site experience during an early project stood out as the most cherished moments in her career. The Kaneka project, which she was involved in, opened up opportunities for extensive travel, an aspect of the job that she loves. Despite starting as an Analyst with limited knowledge, the positive feedback from clients, who appreciated her ability to simplify complex systems and processes, gave her the confidence to continue pushing her limits and expand her knowledge.

Everyone faces difficulties at the start, but with perseverance and belief in your abilities, you can achieve your goals.” It’s a mindset that has carried her through the challenges of starting as an Analyst and growing into a more experienced and confident consultant.
