Life in Yoga (LIY) is a “real” nonprofit institution engaged in serving community and clinical research on Yogic practices in the USA.
Dr. Rajan Narayanan is the Executive Director of LIY, and a great soul born in India to serve humanity in the USA and globe. He offers unique Yogic practices (holistic mind-body-soul experience) that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. These practices include chakra cleansing meditation (loud chanting of seven vibrational sounds), vibrational sounds- silent mental chanting (resonance), breathing practices, yoga in Motion, meditative practices, etc. (1-5) and during morning sessions he or his volunteers also include a component of Hath Yoga (1).
Chakra cleansing- seven vibrational resonance "audible chanting sounds" for about 20 minutes (BID or TID) would improve brain and immune health. This practice helps in deeper conflict resolution and reduces brain fog and headaches/migraine. It allows the brain to be less reactive to unpleasant events and circumstances verbal abuse and beyond our control at home, work, or relationships. It would help in?"let it go the memories of emotional/traumatic experiences “PTSD and addictive behaviors etc.” and help in hard-to-treat mental health conditions (6) and PostCovid-19 syndrome "long haulers- brain issues" (4, 6, personal observations).??
These practices help in transforming and controlling the wandering mind (negative thoughts- depression, anxiety), addiction, PTSD, loneliness, food addiction (sarcopenic obesity), etc. In addition, LIY practices do help in reducing the need for CNS acting-, BP-lowering and diabetic medications (6; Several MDs testimonies).
Collectively, the yogic practices exert a positive impact on the structure and/or function of the hippocampus, amygdala, prefrontal cortex, cingulate cortex, and brain networks including the default mode network. The studies offer promising early evidence that behavioral interventions like yoga practices hold promise to mitigate age-related and neurodegenerative declines (7).
When LIY’s yogic practices coupled with ayurvedic cooking (8), aquatic yoga (11), optimal body hydration and gut-microbiota health (functional foods), sun or consuming Sun activated mushroom (9), and the words of affirmation (let go and I give up all ideas and concepts indicative of surrender, kindness, compassion, contentment, appreciation, and gratitude; they transform the neuroplasticity and improve the body's immunity, resiliency, cosmic connectivity, and self-healing.

In summary, LIY yogic practices, Aquatic yoga, vegan nutrition, and ayurvedic cooking would reduce dysregulated chronic immune inflammation in the brain and body. ?Believing, practicing and adherence to LIY practices is the key element for their optimal efficacy in reducing the need for opiates, sleep, and other medications. ??Moreover, the meditative and Yogic practices may help understand the bigger purpose of life and to reduce stress, and to improve the resiliency of the mind and body and cosmic connectivity (9).??
