“Life is full of frustrations or frustrations is full of life”. We can always say that life by it-self is full of frustrations, starting from the minor irritations of losing something to the major problem of repetitive failure toward our goals, however if anyone one of us can take a deep breath to clear his mind and think clearly, he will notice that many of things that we truly want requires a degree of frustration.
In our modern day’s frustration is playing a major role in people life, it became like a companion to them, life is getting more complicated everyday, and people is not only experiencing this fundamental emotion because they are afraid to lose something or they failed to achieve their desired goal, it can happen when they start to feel that the amount of effort they are giving is not appreciated or whenever the expected results is not fitting the effort and action they are applying, when they got treated unfairly or became a victim to others interest, when they feel powerless to drive their own life, and many other countless conditions that we all Know and most properly many of us did experience in the daily life.
However, frustrations are not necessarily the bullet that will end your life, actually it indicates that you have a problem that you need to challenge, and you are the only one who can choose to take it as a motivator for change, or as a poison to hurt your soul and end your life, frustration can be a builder to your dreams, or a destructive machine if you chose to surrender to its arm, anger, irritability, stress, resentment, depression, falling down in an endless spiral that keep pulling to resign and give up.
It all depend on how you will deal with it, how you will see things, some time its unavoidable and we can’t change it, it is just how our life is designed, we have to understand that the only way to deal with this kind of frustrations is to recognize the wisdom of our creator, acknowledging that "God grant us the serenity to accept the things that we cannot change”. And “The believe to change the things that we can’. This is how we can convert our frustrations into challenge into postivity, always remember in your anger, stress and depression the light of achieving your goal, to keep yourself going, to keep trying, always remember that people is a temporary barrier toward your dreams, no matter what they do, no matter what they will say, don’t let anyone turn you down, remember that where you stand today is a mid way to a bigger success, keep working no matter the result no matter how people will react to serve their own interest, cause you might be in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people for a reason you don’t Know yet, and trust that eventually your effort will be rewarded not necessary as you expected or from whom you wished, but it will happen!
“Where you stand today is always a station not a destination”
