LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO HAVE BORING HAIR!

Twenty-five years back when I experimented with canvas, faux leather and today with rusted metal to create handbags in my very own signature style feels amazing….Really! Even though the handbag market at that time was unorganized, I yet wanted to take the risk of experimenting and doing something different for people…I think it was my passion for designing and the zest I possessed for life that led me to take the risk…start creating bags of my own…bags that were unique and stylish..

Besides designing, my love for colour is profound. When it comes to my clothings, make-up, accessories or handbags, I select vibrant hues…it’s just one way of expressing my artistic vision and reflect my colorful personality. Also…it’s the perfect way to make a bold statement…

Last year @LakmeFashionWeek, I happened to see a girl with pink hair…I wondered what a way to add colour to your life…was really impressed by this girl’s funky hair-duo..This year, I decided to take “bold” to a whole new level of WOW by getting the tips of my hair dip dyed (just right on the end)…My daughter, Vedoci suggested that I experiment with my hair…Why not, I thought to myself? Soft baby blues…rainbow bangs…light pink pastel dip dye….were some of the options, but I chose green for a unique jolt of colour. I love it! It’s amazing how Vedoci makes me look at life afresh!

I believe that change is the only constant thing… “Don’t play safe, start taking risks as it will help you explore new dimensions… Once a while, it is advisable to go crazy. At first I did think that this could go completely wrong and make me look worse than I had imagined….but until and unless you don’t try….experience it yourself….you will never know..

It is important to try something different…I also believe that are uniqueness is what makes each one of us beautiful.
