Life Should be Easy Peasy

However, why do we make life so hard at times for ourselves?

We over think.

We over analyse.

We over research.

We over work.

We over spend.

And so it goes on relentlessly day by day.......

Why do we do this?

Every person will have different reasons, however, lets stop and take a moment to reflect upon the potential root causes.

  • Are you unhappy?
  • Are you stressed?
  • Are you angry?
  • Are you anxious?
  • Are you feeling ill?

There will be others too and they will all have an emotional root to your behaviour pattern.

How do I Break the Chain?

There is more than one way to skin a cat as my late Mother used to say (please message me if you know the origin of where that saying comes from).

Depending upon your leading personality style, you will behave in ways that attract poor health and negativity at times, although you have the power to change this spiral.

When you understand your behaviour pattern, and how you differ to others, you will be more successful in all areas of life - your relationships will improve and your business or career will thrive.

What is my Behaviour Pattern?

Most of us will be a blend of behaviours, yet will have a leading style. Your behaviour style will determine how you respond to the challenges in life.

In turn, your response will lead to actions that may help or hinder your success and happiness.

There is so much 'over-the-top stuff' going on Elaine Godley One thing I recommend is: Instead of focusing on yourself so much...go and help, be of service to someone else. Go and do something 'nice' for someone else! And do join Elaines Hub (love the CTA's) ??
