Introducing FCH-2996413 - a peripherally restricted HCAD DREADD actuator! ??
This month we were proud to launch FCH-2996413 - a novel DREADD actuator for the first peripherally restricted chemogenetic system!
Unlike other DREADD ligands (e.g. CNO & DCZ), it doesn't cross the BBB so is able to selectively activate the peripherally restricted HCAD Gi-DREADD. This new system opens up new possibilities for studying peripheral systems without adversely affecting the CNS - and has been reported on recently by Hye Jin Kang, Bryan Roth and others.

Outstanding review for our 4-Hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT) and our customer service team!
We were delighted to read this outstanding review for our 4-Hydroxytamoxifen ≥70% Z isomer - and it's not just our great products that are making an impression! A researcher at the College of Wooster, USA, told us how an urgent order was fulfilled with ease by our exceptional customer service team.
They said: "Great product, great value, and even better customer service! I have been using 4-OHT from Hello Bio for the last 6 months or so. It works just as well as the version we were using from another company. The price point is amazing, and to top it all off, Hello Bio has incredible customer service. Most recently I contacted Hello Bio on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to deliver more 4-OHT to us the following Monday! We will be using their products without hesitation from now on, and I can't recommend Hello Bio highly enough!"
