In light of Neurodiversity Celebration Week last month, we recently held a 'Neurodiversity in the workplace' management workshop, hosted by our HR Manager, Kayley McGillivray.

The main aims of the workshop were to understand the variations of neurodiversity and the corresponding workplace considerations, as well as the strategies manager's need when working with neurodiverse employees.
