Dear Friends,?
It's been a bit of a journey here.?
A tooth infection has uprooted old emotions and traumas to heal more completely as I prepare to have this tooth extracted.?
I am looking at all levels of my being to release and heal emotions and traumas related to this molar.?
Yes, each one of our teeth relate to areas of our life, body, mind, emotions, and spirit.?
It has been very big, and I am grateful for community support as I am guided to ask for it.
Deep grief has been released and so has deep sadness in many areas and even for the world.
My last day holding this tooth in my body is now a celebration and freedom for all it held, and how it has supported me, helped to nourish me, and now its time for a fond ado on Friday, March 1.
I have been resistant to letting this tooth go for many reasons. It's the last of a group of teeth that have been compromised since my daughter, Lisa, died.
I now need to deal with implants or dentures which are not fun to me. ?Making peace as I heal is my journey to embrace the gifts along the way.
Our teeth are vital in our mouths and for our longterm health. Emotions are huge indicators in breakdowns in our gums and teeth..
Infections in our mouth that are not addressed may cause severe damage to our heart and brain. Twenty years ago, I had a young client die from heart failure because of ignoring the need to heal her gums and remove a tooth years before.?
A Shaman once told me that keeping good dental health and taking blood pressure pills when needed are some of the most vital medical treatments to embrace.
Both dental and blood pressure issues, tend to be ignored or resisted and break down our body, mind, and spirit, and cause death when ignored.
If writing this saves one life and encourages someone to take care of themselves it is worth it.
I am looking forward to the freedom of releasing this tooth and infection. I am also grateful to unearth and heal the grief I have still been holding from many losses.

As I wrote last week, stay curious and aware.
My tooth did not hurt. I had an ear infection. As I tracked this into my body I felt a mild sensitivity near this molar and went to the dentist instead of my primary care when I could not heal it myself.
This is when I found out the infection came from my tooth, not ears, and began the journey to clear and heal.
There is so much to learn and know about our body and how to heal and stay healthy.?
Urgent care, or my primary doctor would have just given me antibiotics. I would still be suffering until I had bad tooth pain down the road and could have caused damage to my body, heart, and brain.?
We are worth staying aware and questioning everything. A doctor may not see or know the root of the problem. We have direct knowledge when we tune in and access our innate wisdom.?
When you are not feeling well, be self-caring, reflect, listen, look, and do a full investigation.?If you need help with this or to learn how, call me.
Love to all in heath and your best life.
Have a great week! Thank You for being here.??
Blessings, and Always in Love,?

1 年Thank God-dess you trusted your intuition and went to the dentist! I told my dental hygienist that the cowboys knew what they were doing by checking out a horse's teeth before buying it.
