Life of a Recruiter!! the end ??..
So here i am writing about life of Recruiter.. {Recruitments - right candidate at right place- finding and hiring candidates for a specific position or job. }
About me - the year i competed my masters , i got placed in one of the HR Consultancy , where i learned about Recruitments practically , though i studied in my masters theories and all. where i also learned how to deal with candidates right from freshers to experienced skilled candidates, how to talk , how to negotiate on salary & most important you have to be sweet & polite to them ..no matter how rudely they are talking. (Please don't get offended-ON LIGHTER NOTE)
Yes there are candidates who gives you amazing candidate experience, trust me i am still in touch with my candidates. If you have build good & healthy relationship with your Candidates it helps you in building your networks plus no drop out :D.
It is very important to know about & understand your candidate , then only you can gaze your candidate expectation and accordingly can offer or consult him/her.
And its not only about candidate experience here , its also about your organization with whom you are working at last you are getting paid.
Its been 7 Years i am in this Industry of hiring , finding , offering & negotiating. getting recognized for good work/performance. I am sure many of you will connect with me on few points which i am going to mention.

1 年Hi Rashmi , this really reminds my journey till now and practicing the same. Building good rapport with the your candidate will always be differentiating factor hence I always tell my team "Know your candidate well". Next can be not to chase but to make he / she aware about "SUITABLE JOB" during first call help the candidates to take right decision at right time instead not joining last moment. what is your view ?
