Life is not about profits

A line between good and bad is becoming thinner and thinner. Success means to go all out forgetting the morals and principals. If someone sympathizes with others or does something without consideration then it isn't for free. There is greed hidden behind it. They say "Free Cheese is available only in the mouse trap". Nothing is free in this world now. Charity has become a photo gimmick. Even if you give a penny to a needy, you want to publicise your greatness because you want something in return from it; a name that shows how good a person you are.
Whats the first thing that comes in our mind whenever we receive a call or message from someone? "What does he or she want from me?" Because this is the actual life we are living. Almost all relations are based on consideration.
People feel pride in cheating others. You can't expect loyalty from anyone. It's becoming the rarest form of human traits. In this blind rat race we have forgotten the word "Ethics". If you believe in good then you will be run over and over again. Everybody means business. It now seems that we are living in a jungle where you either become a prey and keep running all your life in fear or you become a predator where you run to catch a prey every day.
Silence can hardly be heard. You have to remind people of your existence to get noticed.
We all have few years here. What kind of shallow lives are we living? Just a gentle "How are you?" which doesn't have any hidden motive behind it will do more than writing a long paragraph about the goodness of another individual because you expect it to be written back.
Life is very short and it can end anytime. Many of us are suffering from depression and mental diseases and this is only going to increase because we dont have anytime for others. Everyone needs to be heard, a few minutes of selfless talks where we can hear the other person without any selfish motive in our minds will go a long way in becoming this world a better place to live in. Life is not about profits and victory is not about being alone at the top.
Profits will automatically increase and businesses and relationships will start to bloom when we start caring about the individuals; when we start treating manpower as our asset rather than expense; when teamwork wont be confined only to achieving targets as a team, but to collectively reach a goal taking care of even the weakest link.
