LIFE IN ORIENTATION PROGRAMME !!

INTRODUCTION

In the whole journey of CA course, a student life gets busy with many books, exams, amendments, notes, coaching’s and similar other stuff. He or She used be the most busiest person on this planet during this journey and also a CA student’s brain gets fully loaded with lots of theoretical knowledge but when it comes orientation course it feels that yes we are learning first time without any books, notes, paper etc. something which is completely practical in life and trust me this feeling here can only be understood by a CA student.

CONCEPT

Students will learn so much in these 15 days by the 15 different faculties who shared their knowledge, life experience, and some pro tips for making our career and life better and successful in future. I think this formula of 15 days = 15 faculties is wonderful, every day there is a new personality, nature, learnings, behaviour, attitude and mindset. This is an amazing process in which a ca student can learn and develop skills how to communicate, how to build network and connections, how to develop your overall personality and how to build your career and make his or her life peaceful and for others also. This also creates so much of confusion in mind as every faculty have different viewpoint for the same topic so don’t be confuse rather follow one advice listen to everyone but follow only one and that is you.

PROCESS

A ca student first time experience the word professional by wearing formal dress, visiting a centre cum office where we have to follow rules, interacting within the class of 40+ unknown future professionals, sharing their knowledge with each other, interacting with each other, group activities, presenting yourself in front of others, having lunch with them and lots of other stuff are part of this journey. listening to every faculties with patience very important in understanding the exact meaning what they want to convey. It may be happened that you are willing to interact with someone for build a strong bond but you may find yourself shy, my advice just go and start interaction with healthy conversation. You may be felt that most moments you were insulted by others but trust me this isn’t an insult at all rather they were enjoying and laughing to make themselves happy. So, my advice doesn’t take it personally, you should also try to enjoy these moments by laughing on your own this will surely boost up your confidence.

MY ADVICE

On the basis of my experience I can say that these 15 days was the most amazing and memorable days of my life. I had learned so many qualities in these days such as consistency, build confidence, coordination, communication, personality improvement, group member, interaction with everyone, networking and connections, etiquette and many others. One amazing feeling I am sharing is that when the 1st day will be come you will be thinking of 15th day and when 15th day is over you were thinking of 1st day. Try to make good friends who supports you, respect your values and accept you as you are. Keep interacting with everyone listen their suggestions, ideas carefully.
