Life is Messy, Faith is Real, and Change is Inevitable—So Let’s Talk About It

Life has a way of flipping the script on us, throwing unexpected changes that shake up the story we thought we were living. We think we’ve just about got it all figured out, only to find ourselves standing in the midst of change—whether it's a new diagnosis, a shift in our relationships, a career that no longer feels like “home,” or simply that quiet, persistent knowing that something needs to change.
It’s in these moments that we often feel torn between who we were and who we’re becoming. It’s like standing on a bridge, unsure if it’s sturdy enough to hold us, and unsure if we should even cross to the other side.
I know that space. I live in it. I work in it. And I’m honored to help others walk through it, too.
Navigating the Unknown
The unknown can be a daunting place, but it doesn’t have to be one that leaves us paralysed or stuck in place. Whether you’re facing the complexities of being neurodivergent as an adult—dealing with ADHD, autism, or both—or you’re walking through faith and identity shifts, it’s natural to feel uncertain. That “what now?” moment can leave us questioning the very ground beneath us.
But here’s the thing: You don’t have to have all the answers right now. No one does. And it’s not about having a neat, clear-cut solution in the moment. It’s about learning how to sit in the space of uncertainty, reflect on what you’re feeling, and ask yourself the right questions.
When I work with people who are navigating these unknowns, I don’t give them a checklist or tell them exactly what they should do next. Instead, I guide them through the process of discovery—helping them explore what they really want, what they need, and what feels true for them. The answers aren’t always obvious at first, but the right questions can create clarity and empower movement in ways we often don’t expect.
It’s Not About Fixing, It’s About Understanding
One of the most powerful things about coaching is that it’s not about fixing someone—it’s about seeing them.
With so much focus on quick fixes, advice, and solutions, coaching offers something different. It’s the space where you can show up as you are—no judgment, no “shoulds,” no expectations—just a place for you to be truly seen and heard. You can explore your thoughts and emotions, untangle the messiness, and connect with the version of you that’s always been there, waiting to emerge.
This approach is especially vital when navigating major life transitions. You don’t need someone telling you what to do—you need someone who will walk alongside you, asking the tough questions and creating the space for you to work through the complexities of your own heart and mind.
The Questions That Matter
When I work with clients, the goal is never about “having it all figured out.” It’s about discovering your next step, one question at a time.
Sometimes, the most important question isn’t about what you need to do next, but about what’s truly holding you back. What beliefs or fears are you carrying with you? How does your past shape the decisions you’re making now? How can you begin to honour your own needs without sacrificing the things that matter most to you?
It’s through exploring these questions—and finding your own answers—that real clarity and transformation emerge. And while the path may not always be clear, the process of asking, reflecting, and being open to where that process takes you will lead you to places of growth you never expected.
If You’re Asking "What Now?"
If you’re in that space of change, uncertainty, or wondering what comes next, know that you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, or simply the messiness of life and faith, I’m here to walk with you. Together, we’ll uncover the answers that matter most for you—not because they’re all neatly packaged, but because they’re rooted in what’s real, what’s true, and what’s going to move you forward.
Let’s talk about it.
