1 年Insurance Companies by their design cannot divulge any information whatsoever regarding the policies to any third party. The Insurance Ombudsman Rules ( https://irdai.gov.in/document-detail?documentId=385320 ) clearly prohibits any unrelated third party, even qualified advocates to represent the policyholders and the beneficiaries before the Insurance Ombudsman. Where do you even come in then? How much do you charge anyways, let's hear it from you here in this 'open forum'? How about some transparency please from the 'self-proclaimed' messiah of the insurance landscape in India?
