Life is hard, but suffering is a choice! The tea seller daughter makes it to the IAF flying division.

Rabindranath Tagore’s reference is so fundamental that even infants murmur “Where the mind is without fear, and the head is held high” but little did we know about the inner essence of this poem. Diligence and motivation succored Anchal Gangwal to get her shrine.

Aanchal was inspired by the daunting task of the armed forces. Speaking to Hindustantimes Aanchal said she was motivated by the way armed forces rescued the flood victims in Uttarakhand.

Aanchal Gangwal completed her schooling from Metro H S School which is located in Neemuch district. In spite of extreme poverty, she ranked in her class. Aanchal Gangwal won a scholarship and went to Vikram University in Ujjain. She remains at a high 5 foot seven inch which helped her to be active in the basketball team.

From the early days, Aanchal Gangwal believed that she got what it takes to make it. She effectively cleared the police sub-inspector exam and joined the training. She was unable to continue her preparation because of her austere schedule. Luckily, the labor inspector results were in favor of Aanchal, and she started preparing again as the training was much more comfortable.

“You hang around the barbershop long enough, sooner or later you’re going to get a haircut”. If you try sooner or later you will get a break in life Instead of complaining about her situations, Aanchal attended the interview board for Air Force Common Admission Test consecutively five times and cracked it on the sixth time. Aanchal is the only candidate selected from Madhya Pradesh out of the 22 candidates selected from India. There were over six lakhs applicants who appeared for the AFCAT exam. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated her on twitter and the woman, and the child development minister visited her home and wished her good luck.

Under the garb of poverty, people fail to mull over the endless possibilities of life. Aanchal’s proud father Mr. Suresh Gangwal stood behind her daughter's dream. Everybody in the area now is aware of “Namdev tea stall”.

Suresh took credit and sent Aanchal to Indore for her training to Indore. He never compromised with his children's education, and he also paid for his elder son's engineering course.

Aanchal will go to Hyderabad for a year of training, and on completion, she will be soaring the sky.

When courage drives innocent eyes with a green soul, no task is impossible regardless of where one belongs.
