How Life is Good Started
Brothers John and Bert Jacobs started selling their custom designed T-shirts on the streets of Boston in 1989.?Their passion for art and connecting with people drove them to share their spirit of optimum through T-shirts.?Today it is a 100 million dollar plus e-commercial and retail company based on these principles:
Life is difficult.

The building, the deal
Life is Good partnered with a Boston real estate developer. GFI Partners, and is building a 504,000 square foot warehouse/light flex building on 75 acres on Friars Dive in Hudson, New Hampshire.?Life is Good will occupy about 350,000 square feet by the end of 2023. The remaining high bay space will be leased to another tenant. Life is Good will be consolidating their current four buildings in New Hampshire and Massachusetts into the new facility.?Occupancy is planned in December 2023.
NH State Incentives
State of New Hampshire incentives include tax credits, job training grant, talent attraction services, low taxes, and business friendly.
Life is Good is hiring.
