Made a mistake . . . lost a sale . . . said something you regret?

We’ve all done that more than once. ?I’ve done that more times than I can remember, or than I will admit.? Each time it happens I say to myself, “That was really stupid.”? That’s my way of punishing myself for doing what I should have known better than to do. ?But then it’s done.? I’ve learned over the years, painfully, but I’ve learned that making a mistake, losing a sale, or saying something I regret is nowhere nearly as serious as letting that action ruin my day, or week, or month.

Life goes on, and allowing a misstep here or there to diminish what could otherwise be a positive time for you makes no sense at all.? Okay, it didn’t turn out the way you had hopped.? So, what!? Stand tall, move forward, and stay positive.? You’re not a quitter, you don’t give up, you make things happen!? Don’t you ever forget that.? ?
