Life is a game of luck and hard work

#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
Hard work does not exist unless you want it. Working longer hours just to “out work” another worker will not impact the realities. Welcome to the quantum realm. In here: Work is necessary to move energy around. Life is successful as soon as you get out of your own way and begin feeling good serving your future. Connect with your future energy. That future self exist; You must place attention toward that unknown future with present moment energy to realize the future self in the flow.
Luck tends to show up more when you feel good within that flow. Feel loving. Feel worthy. Feel power. Too many people believe in a struggling-to-survive mode will “make me rich” mentality that they keep chasing money and looking in the wrong places for love. Not true at all. Struggling is the lonely self not knowing truly who they are in relation to the higher side of the senses. The 5 primary senses has made you think the external world runs everything in life and got you to always find a past memory or past feelings to become “successful.”
Past experiences make the “new you” become reluctant in making good decisions due to perceiving “real-time factual life” through the lens of your past memory. The moment you find yourself checking for past memory or past feelings to remind you to struggle, you’ve lost touch with your future energy. You are essentially reviving the perception of your past to “guide you.” Basically its just the ability test and to that extent cannot be replicated, duplicated or reproduced. For example in the instance of luck, let’s say winning a lottery, the conditions are vague and could be by chance.
Let’s say you live in Mumbai but went to see a business partner at Delhi, but before you reach the address, you decided to stop at a coffee shop to buy a coffee. There and then, an attendant there tells you” there is a lottery going on the next floor and all you need to do is to play with Rs.500 and with these numbers” He hands you some random number. You thanked him and move upstairs to play the lottery and at the end you gave them your details and took off. After you trip, you went back to Mumbai and in 2 weeks time your phone rang with a congratulatory message “ Hey, you have just won Rs.1,000,000 lottery! Please come to our office at Delhi to fill the necessary papers and for identification!“ This is luck or chance!

Let’s suppose you do not know the city, the coffee shop, the attendant that will be on duty at that particular time and be willing to put you through, you may also not have the looks or disposition that made the attendant to voluntarily release such info to a friend at that time. Now because, you do not know and may not have all of these put together and also at the right time and space, it will be improbable to replicate this result. Luck is a random effect and cannot be measured or validated.
Now coming to hard work, hard work does not mean hard labour. It simply means having a hard or unwavering commitment to the work you do with a view to getting more than an ordinary result. It means giving your work, your all! First of all, there is dignity in labour involved and through work we can duplicate, replicate and reproduce an effect we are modelling from. For example, a farmer who spends 6 hours everyday in the farm doing serious work along side his colleague who puts in same amount of time will on the average have the same level of result with little variance. Let’s say the former harvested 500 bags of potatoes, his colleagues regardless of age, and circumstance may not harvest less than 450 bags on the average.
Success in life comes by hard work, better put, “working hard on your dream “of which “work” will be the pathway to achieving that. Those who wait for luck may have to wait infinitum. Betting your life on some scattered crumbs of bread in a vast forest would be counter intuitive and frustrating to say the least. All good things come from fortune or luck, but luck is created by hard work in doing good deeds. Anything that you have, but can’t take with you after death, but others can take or steal while you have it is unimportant. Anything you have (such as a skill) that you can’t take with you but others can’t take is likewise not important. Only what you have and can take with you (i.e. your merit and good karma) is important. Thus, if you want to be successful in this life and the next life, you must perfect your cultivation: Cheers!
