Life as function of Efforts & Fate

We never had a choice where and which family we were born. some are lucky to be ahead in race in privilege class , some in average and & so forth . that is the foundation with which we start. As recall from famous author that by the age of about fourteen one is quite clear what s/he is like to inherit. so we start with same base say C ( left intercept on Y axis).

It is then our efforts , Education, application of mind, risk swallowing capacity , skills etc we do grow in life. The growth rate may not be same for all and likely to be unique to each of us. Let me call this as growth rate m.

So now we can visualize our progress path in life. From the point we started and where have reached. Someone , who has not started as best has also the options but are most difficult ones . I would say in a game of rummy one has to start picking up right cards and discard unwanted.
